- Cayenne pepper (powder):
- Mild: 1 teaspoon
- Stronger: up to 1 tablespoon

How to Prepare
Gentle Infusion Method (Best)
- Place olive oil and cayenne in a heat-safe glass jar.
- Set the jar in a saucepan with a few inches of water (double boiler).
- Warm on very low heat for 1–2 hours. Do not boil.
- Stir occasionally.
- Strain through cheesecloth for a smoother oil.
- Cool and store in a sealed glass bottle.
No-Heat Option (Longer, gentler)
