  • Raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother): 1 tbsp
  • Warm water: 1 cup
  • Cayenne pepper: ⅛ tsp

  • Raw honey or maple syrup: 1 tsp (balances acidity)

  1. Warm the water until just warm (not hot).
